From Baking Bread to Buying Buildings
When we got married, we both had solid tech jobs—engineer and product manager—living what we thought was the dream: tiny NYC apartment, busy schedules, and just enough time on weekends for brunch and bodega runs. Then the pandemic hit. Suddenly we had time on our hands, a growing obsession with making our own baguettes, and a curiosity about what else was possible.

That curiosity turned into a deep dive. We binged every BiggerPockets episode, read every real estate book we could find, and started to imagine a life with more freedom—and more space. We packed our bags and househacked a triplex in Providence, RI. Today, we own properties in both Providence and Philadelphia and regularly bore our friends with real estate strategies, tax hacks, and index fund tips. Our goal? Become work optional —and help others do the same.
